luckily our lad has the keys to the engineering shop where he works over chrimbo.
needed to make some spacers and exhaust trims.
deal was he could do what he wanted but he had to make the program up for the machine himself
these are the exhaust trims that will mount in the rear of the body for the exhaust to exit.
well impressive for a 17 year old who hasnt been doing machining for too long
still gotta do the locking nuts for the rear but cant get the material till next week.

finished thing on the car.
exhaust finishes inside it.
looks a bit plain at the mo but polished up with the car in paint it should look ok
this seamed like a good idea while i was eating me chrimbo dinner.
not sure now.
its removable which is one thing in its favour.
the other when painted black it should blend in with the rad.
it holds the rad/fan/oil filter/grill shell and the headlights will sit on the bits sticking out the side.
just need to get some cups machined to mount them.

front mudgaurds mounted.just needs the owner to trim them to whatever shape he wants
dash installed
about finished now.
gotta get the headlamp cups machined and make some stainless rods that run from the firewall to the grill shell.
cant do these till the steel shop opens again next week

back from my hols now and the cars going back today.
just finished mounting the headlights and the stainless thingy,s that run from the bulkhead to the rad
